Katie Mahoney - Founder and President
Katie Mahoney is the Founder and President of Everyday Consulting. She brings more than 20 years of experience in geriatric care, healthcare management, program development, and organizational support.
Her career has focused on helping people and organizations navigate complex systems, improve services, and operate within highly regulated environments. That experience gives her a strong foundation in client service, process improvement, compliance awareness, and practical problem-solving.
As President, Katie provides leadership for Everyday Consulting’s business operations, client relationships, and organizational direction. She helps ensure the company remains focused on practical support, reliable delivery, and solutions that meet the needs of the people and organizations we serve.
Tim Mahoney - Vice President
Tim Mahoney is the Vice President of Everyday Consulting and brings more than 25 years of public safety, emergency management, incident command, and homeland security experience.
His background includes frontline fire service experience, chief officer leadership, incident management, emergency response, exercise design, infrastructure protection, operational resilience, and support to federal, state, local, and private sector partners.
Tim’s work focuses on helping organizations bridge the gap between doctrine and real operations. He supports clients in training and exercises, incident management, operational coordination, common operating picture development, preparedness planning, and business development efforts tied to emergency management and homeland security missions.
With experience in both operational response and small business leadership, Tim helps clients develop solutions that are practical, credible, and grounded in the realities of the environments where they will be used.
